The 2026 IEEE International Conference On Embodied Artificial Intelligence (Embodied AI 2026) serves as a flagship international conference dedicated to fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue between academic researchers and industry practitioners. It offers a premier platform to showcase cutting-edge research progress, exchange transformative ideas, share empirical insights, and collectively chart impactful future directions for the rapidly evolving field of embodied intelligence. Paper Submission

All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference submission website (https://edas.info/N35263) in PDF format. The materials presented in the papers should not be published or under submission elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a single-blind peer-review process and will be evaluated on the basis of their technical quality, originality, significance, and relevance to the conference. Each paper is limited to 8 pages (or 10 pages with over-length charge) for a regular full paper, 6 pages (or 8 pages with over-length charge) for a full paper including figures and references using the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings manuscripts style.

Paper Publication

Papers accepted by IEEE Embodied AI 2026 conference will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register and present their work at the conference; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and EI. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be invited for submission to a special issue.
